Abstract

Along with the development of the industrial world and the development of health facilities, especially hospitals, which is rapidly increasing, the level of difficulty to manage and run a hospital project is getting higher. The higher the level of difficulty, the longer it will take to complete the project. In the case study, the construction of the Third Stage Heart and Lung Hospitalization Building in Magetan Regency with a contract value of Rp 1,244,340,000 in a period of 7 weeks. In the implementation of this project, there was a delay starting in the third week by 0.250%. Delay analysis using the Earned Value Analysis method to evaluate the time performance and cost performance, using CV indicator until the 4th week that is obtained Rp. 139,721,872 and SV indicator until the 4th week that is obtained IDR -661,540,918. In the case of the construction of the Third Stage Heart and Lung Hospitalization Building in Magetan Regency, the value of ETC is Rp. 110,372,958 and the value of EAC is Rp.133,698,978. Based on research conducted on the construction of the Third Stage Cardiac and Lung Hospitalization Building in Magetan Regency, the results obtained from the estimated cost of completing the project were 11.274% and showed 9.173% to complete the estimated cost deficit starting from the beginning to the project completion.
