Abstract

In the construction work of UTD CityPasuruanBuiding owned by the Regional Government, with a Work Period of 90 Calendar Days (13 weeks). During the Implementation There was no significant physical progress, but on the contrary starting on the third week,it began to accur. successive delays up to the eighth week with late Progress reached 30% of the plan, or physical achievement of 49.48% of the Schedule of 79.570% (5 weeks remaining ). The purpose of writing this is to analyze the cost variant (CV) and schedule variant (SV) with Result Value Analysis (Earned Value Analysis) methode in evalualting time performance in an integrated manner, using indicators, namely, ACWP (actual cost of work performed), BCWP (budgeted cost of work performed), and BCWS (bugeted cost of work scheduled) Cost Varians (CV) = BCWP - ACWP and Schedule Varians (SV) = EV - PV or SV = BCWP - BCWS. The result of this study are to get the Cost Varians magnitude (CV) on the eighth weekRp. 1,074,426,838.48 Positive CV values indicate the costs incurred are lower than the planned budget, And the Amount of Schedule Variance (SV) Rp. - 760,823,295.39 Negative SV value show the timeof project implementation is too late from the initial planning, Meanwhile the TE (Time Estimate) time needed to complete the project is 8.06 Weeks.
