Abstract
PT. XYZ menjalankan kegiatan usaha di industri manufaktur dengan bidang utama produksi kemasan plastik. Penelitian ini membahas tingginya downtime mesin vacuum forming yang berdampak pada penurunan output produksi. Data yang digunakan adalah downtime periode Agustus 2025–Januari 2026. Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), MTBF, MTTR, Diagram Pareto, dan FMEA digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas, menganalisis keandalan mesin, serta menentukan prioritas perbaikan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas mesin dan efisiensi produksi.
