Abstract

Madiun Regency possesses a diverse range of artistic and cultural potential, including dance, traditional music, theater, batik, and various cultural activities that continue to thrive within the community. However, to date, there are no facilities available that comprehensively support the preservation, education, development, and performance of the arts. This situation has resulted in artistic activities remaining scattered across various locations with limited facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, there is a need for an arts facility capable of accommodating artistic, cultural, educational, and community interaction activities. The concept behind this design is “creative collaborative education,” which emphasizes that architectural spaces serve not only as venues for activities but also as spaces for learning, broadening horizons, and enhancing the capabilities of artists.
