Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Motivation (X1), Role Model (X2), and Risk-Taking Bravery (X3) on Entrepreneurial Decisions (Y) among Generation Z in Gunung Anyar District, East Surabaya. The research approach used is a quantitative approach based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The population in this study is Generation Z in Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya, who are actively running businesses. The sampling technique utilized is Non-Probability Sampling with a Purposive Sampling approach (Total Sampling), resulting in a sample size of 60 respondents. Data collection was conducted through electronic questionnaires via Google Form measured with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed by SPSS version 26. The partial analysis results indicate that the entrepreneurial motivation variable, the presence of a role model, and calculated risk tolerance contribute positively to driving the younger generation to make independent business decisions. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence entrepreneurial decisions, proving that the integration of internal psychological drives and external environmental factors collectively explains the variance in Generation Z's entrepreneurial decisions in the studied area.
