Abstract
UD. XYZ is a wood processing company located in Lidahkulon Village, Lakarsantri District, with wood flooring as its main product. This study aims to analyze the productivity level of the production department and identify the magnitude of productivity improvement during the period of October 2025 to March 2026. The method used is the Objective Matrix (OMAX) integrated with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for criteria weighting. Five productivity ratios were used as criteria, including production output to actual working hours, production target, defect-free products, electrical energy consumption, and employee absence hours. The results indicate that productivity was fluctuating. The highest productivity index occurred in October 2025 at 2.267% (current 980), while the lowest was in January 2026 at -0.617% (current 115). The average productivity index over six periods was 0.586%. The decline in productivity was influenced by human, machine, material, method, and work environment factors.
