Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas dengan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik sebagai variabel moderasi parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan di perusahaan transportasi untuk periode 2020-2024. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 perusahaan transportasi dan terdapat 9 perusahaan transportasi yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Smartpls 4.0.9.9. Periode pengamatan dilakukan dari September hingga Desember 2025. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, variabel likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, GCG mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, GCG belum mampu memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan GCG belum mampu memoderasi pengaruh solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
