Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan kecenderungan perilaku bullying pada remaja. Perilaku bullying merupakan tindakan agresif yang dilakukan dengan sengaja dan berulangulang oleh seseorang atau kelompok kepada orang lain yang dianggap lemah Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 301 siswa pada 2 (dua) Sekolah Mengengah Pertama Negeri di Tulungagung, dengan kriteria usia sampel 13-15 tahun menggunakan kuisioner yang mengukur konsep diri, regulasi emosi dan perilaku bullying. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda yang telah dilakukan menggunakan uji t, menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi konsep diri (X1) dan regulasi emosi (X2) terhadap kecenderungan perilaku bullying (Y) adalah 51.401 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,01). Artinya, terdapat hubungan sangat signifikan antara konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan perilaku bullying, dengan kata lain secara bersama-sama konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dapat menjadi prediktor yang sangat signifikan untuk perilaku bullying
