Abstract
PT Mujiarto Putri Kembar Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan pengolahan gabah yang mengalami masalah ketidakseimbangan beban kerja sehingga output produksi tidak mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis beban kerja aktual pada setiap operator serta menentukan kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang paling optimal agar target produksi dapat dicapai. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Work Sampling, Performance Rating, perhitungan Waktu Baku, serta Work Load Analysis (WLA). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan data perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa stasiun kerja memiliki tingkat beban kerja yang tinggi, bahkan melebihi kapasitas normal, di mana operator Grader mencapai beban tertinggi yaitu 138,60% sehingga menjadi penyebab utama keterlambatan produksi. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja, perusahaan perlu menambah operator pada bagian Grader serta memanfaatkan tenaga kerja harian dan lembur secara terstruktur guna memenuhi produksi minimal 5.874 sak per bulan. Optimalisasi jumlah tenaga kerja terbukti mampu meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, menurunkan beban kerja berlebih, dan mendukung pemenuhan permintaan pasar secara lebih efisien.
