Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dan self-efficacy dengan Psychological Resilience pada individu yang mengalami pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan 400 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner daring berbasis skala Likert yang disusun berdasarkan teori House (1981), Bandura (1997), dan Reivich & Shatté (2002). Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa baik dukungan sosial keluarga maupun self-efficacy memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan Psychological Resilience (p < 0,05). Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial keluarga dan keyakinan diri yang dimiliki individu, semakin kuat pula kemampuan mereka untuk beradaptasi dan bangkit dari tekanan akibat kehilangan pekerjaan.
