Abstract

Perkembangan dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis dan kompetitif menuntut karyawan untuk mampu memenuhi tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi sekaligus mempertahankan kualitas kehidupan pribadinya. Kondisi tersebut apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat memicu munculnya burnout, yaitu kondisi kelelahan fisik, emosional, dan mental akibat stres kerja yang berlangsung secara berkepanjangan. Burnout tidak hanya berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan, tetapi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan keberlangsungan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan faktor protektif yang mampu menekan risiko burnout, di antaranya komitmen organisasi dan work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan work-life balance dengan burnout pada karyawan PT X di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT X yang diperoleh melalui teknik pengambilan sampel tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala burnout, skala komitmen organisasi, serta skala work-life balance. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan work-life balance secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan burnout (p < 0,05). Secara parsial, komitmen organisasi memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan burnout, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, semakin rendah tingkat burnout karyawan. Selain itu, work-life balance juga menunjukkan hubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan burnout, yang mengindikasikan bahwa tingginya skor work-life balance semakin rendah tingkat burnout pada karyawan.
