Abstract

Technology plays a crucial role in addressing various challenges, such as patient management, pharmacy data management using the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method, and report generation. The FEFO method ensures that drugs or items nearing their expiration date are used first, preventing waste due to expired items. Implementing this method can improve the efficiency of pharmacy inventory management at the Chania Care Center clinic. The design process employed the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. This method focuses on prototyping and software development in a short time, with rapid iterations. This clinic management information system is designed to provide these features to enable efficient and effective clinic business access and can be accessed via a responsive web-based system. This clinic management information system is expected to help improve the efficiency of clinic services, making it easier to manage and monitor clinic performance. From testing using the UMUX method for various roles, the first was the admin role with two respondents with an average score of 91.7. Based on the UMUX rating, the score of 91.7 falls into the A grade category, meaning acceptable and excellent. The second role is the doctor with 1 respondent with an average score of 79.1. Based on the UMUX rating, the score of 79.1 falls into the grade C category, meaning acceptable and good. The third role is the pharmacist with 2 respondents with an average score of 75. Based on the UMUX rating, the score of 75 falls into the grade C category, meaning acceptable and good. Finally, the voter role with 1 respondent with an average score of 83.3. Based on the UMUX rating, the score of 83.3 falls into the grade C category, meaning acceptable and good. This concludes that the Chania Care Center clinic system is well received by all users, and all UMUX scores are in the “acceptable” category.
