Abstract

Employee recruitment is the process of selecting individuals who meet the requirements for a job and can also be defined as selecting the best candidates for a company and the job. Employee recruitment can also be simplified with the use of digital technology as a tool for selecting the best candidates. This research also aims to create a web system that can assist and improve the accuracy of management information systems, thereby helping companies recruit the best employees who meet their expectations. Next, a literature review was conducted to find references from journals and previous research that can be used as a reference in designing an employee recruitment management information system using the AHP-TOPSIS method. The next step, the researcher collected data from the company regarding its needs. The resulting web design will then be evaluated with the company to determine the extent to which the system meets its needs.
