Abstract

The Serah–Tebuwung Road serves as a connecting route between Serah Village in Panceng District and Tebuwung Village in Dukun District. This road segment holds strategic value in supporting the community’s social and economic activities, particularly in the agricultural sector. However, the current condition of the road—narrow, damaged, and partially surfaced with macadam—hampers the smooth mobility of residents and operational vehicles. Therefore, pavement construction becomes a vital aspect of the land transportation system to ensure user comfort and safety, and it must be planned appropriately based on applicable standards and technical criteria. This study aims to analyze the flexible pavement thickness on the Serah– Tebuwung Road using the 2024 MDPJ method and to develop a Cost Estimate Plan (RAB) as a reference for project valuation. The 2024 MDPJ method is the latest guideline issued by the Directorate General of Highways, which utilizes key parameters such as design life, average daily traffic (ADT), traffic growth rate, directional and lane distribution, equivalent axle load factor, and cumulative equivalent single axle load (CESAL). The analysis results show a CESAL value of 1,668,468.01 or 1.67 × 10⁶ ESA and a subgrade CBR value of 7.1%, indicating no need for subgrade improvement. The resulting flexible pavement structure consists of an AC-WC layer with a thickness of 6 cm, a Class A Aggregate Base Layer (LFA A) of 20 cm, and a Class B Aggregate Subbase Layer (LFA B) of 15 cm. The estimated construction cost resulting from the design is Rp 2,493,014,000.00. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis ketebalan perkerasan lentur pada Ruas Jalan Serah–Tebuwung menggunakan metode MDPJ 2024 serta menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sebagai gambaran dasar nilai pembangunan. Metode MDPJ 2024 merupakan pedoman terbaru dari Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga, yang menggunakan parameter utama seperti masa pelayanan jalan, volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata (LHR), laju pertumbuhan lalu lintas, distribusi arah dan lajur, faktor konversi beban kendaraan, serta kumulatif beban sumbu standar (CESAL). Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai CESA5 sebesar 1.668.468,01 atau 1,67 × 106 ESA dan nilai CBR tanah dasar sebesar 7,1%, yang tidak memerlukan perbaikan tanah. Struktur perkerasan lentur yang diperoleh terdiri dari lapisan AC-WC memiliki tebal 6 cm, LFA Kelas A 20 cm, serta LFA Kelas B dengan tebal 15 cm. Estimasi biaya yang diperoleh dari hasil perencanaan tersebut mencapai Rp. 2.493.014.000,00.
