Abstract

Minyak transformator berfungsi sebagai media isolasi dan pendingin dalam transformator. Kualitas minyak ini dapat menurun akibat kontaminasi, terutama oleh logam seperti besi (Fe) dan tembaga (Cu), yang dapat mengakibatkan berkurangnya kekuatan tegangan tembus (Breakdown Voltage). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi konsentrasi kontaminan (Fe) dan (Cu) terhadap nilai tegangan tembus pada tiga jenis minyak transformator, yaitu Shell Diala S4, PSP Oil, dan PRI-APAR Oil. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengujian langsung nilai tegangan tembus sebelum dan sesudah penambahan kontaminan dengan konsentrasi 0,10 g, 0,15 g, dan 0,20 g, serta analisis statistik dan distribusi probabilitas Weibull. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi kontaminan logam menyebabkan penurunan signifikan pada nilai (Breakdown Voltage). Selain itu, kontaminan tembaga memberikan pengaruh penurunan yang lebih besar dibandingkan besi terhadap semua jenis minyak yang diuji. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan kontaminan logam, khususnya tembaga, sangat memengaruhi performa dielektrik minyak transformator dan dapat menjadi indikasi perlunya perawatan atau penggantian minyak untuk menjaga keandalan sistem isolasi transformator
