Abstract

Pada era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, ruang lingkup manajemen operasional semakin berkembang. Dalam menghadapi persaingan global, perusahaan harus mampu menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen operasionalnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja organisasi melalui efisiensi operasional dan Produktivitas Pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. XYZ dengan jumlah 107 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 107 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (structure Equation Modeling) dengan alat AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional. Produktivitas Pegawai, dan kinerja organisasi. Manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional, Produktivitas Pegawai, dan kinerja organisasi. Sistem informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional, Produktivitas Pegawai, dan kinerja organisasi. Efisiensi operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.
