Abstract

Isolator memegang peranan krusial dalam jaringan distribusi listrik 20 kV, berfungsi sebagai pemisah dan penopang kabel bertegangan tinggi. Namun, isolator rentan terhadap degradasi kualitas akibat usia operasional dan paparan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan, yang dapat memicu gangguan listrik dan peningkatan biaya pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola penurunan ketahanan isolator 20 kV (polimer, kaca, dan keramik) berdasarkan parameter tahanan isolasi (IR) dan arus bocor, serta memprediksi sisa usia pakainya pada jaringan distribusi UP3 Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, melibatkan pengukuran periodik IR menggunakan Megger dan arus bocor menggunakan Clamp Meter selama 90 hari. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode perhitungan slope untuk mengidentifikasi laju degradasi dan memproyeksikan usia pakai sisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tren penurunan IR yang konsisten dan peningkatan arus bocor pada ketiga jenis isolator. Berdasarkan perhitungan dan perbandingan dengan standar PLN (IR minimum 20 Megaohm dan arus bocor maksimum 1,5 miliampere), isolator kaca menunjukkan sisa usia pakai terpanjang (sekitar 24,4 tahun), diikuti oleh isolator keramik (sekitar 19,8 tahun), dan isolator polimer memiliki sisa usia pakai terpendek (sekitar 9,7 tahun) dalam kondisi lingkungan lapangan UP3 Tanjungpinang. Studi ini mengonfirmasi efektivitas pengukuran IR dan arus bocor sebagai alat deteksi dini degradasi isolator, memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk implementasi strategi pemeliharaan berbasis kondisi guna meningkatkan keandalan dan efisiensi sistem distribusi listrik.
