Abstract

In the era of globalization and current technological advancements, educational institutions face various risks, such as a decline in new student enrollments, among others. Therefore, risk management is highly needed to address potential risks using a structured and organized method. The House of Risk (HOR) method is a need-based risk management model that applies the FMEA (Failure Mode and Error Analysis) concept for quantitative assessment combined with the HOQ (House of Quality) model to determine the priority of risk factors. In this study, the HOR method will be applied to the risk management system in educational institutions as a continuation of the research conducted by Maharani (2023). The design results of the risk management system from Maharani (2023) will be developed into a complete and integrated system.
