Abstract
Risk management serves a crucial function in education environment that is constantly changing and increasingly complex. In the context of educational institutions, risk management can in the context of educational institutions, risk management can help educational institutions to identify, assess and management of risks that may arise in the institution in a structured. This can help institutions gain a better understanding and make the best decisions in addressing risks to reduce various negative impacts due to these risks. Fishbone Analysis method is a method used to identify in detail the root cause and effect of a risk (event) by visualizing it. the root cause-and-effect of a risk (event) by visualizing it as a fishbone. Fishbone Analysis in design is applied on analyzing the causes and impacts of a risk. The FMEA (Failure Modes and Effect Analysis) is a calculation approach that is used to determine the risk priority value (RPN), thus helping to handle the risk according to the highest priority value, risk according to the highest priority value. The purpose of this research is design a risk management information system with FMEA-based assessment and risk identification with fishbone analysis that helps in managing risk in educational institutions. The system design is evaluated using usability testing with two methods, namely SUS and UMUX-Lite. The result of SUS testing is 65 with an acceptability value of "Marginal High". Meanwhile, the converted SUS score from UMUX-Lite is 76 with an acceptability range value of "Acceptable". With this, the system design that has been tested means that it needs improvement so that the system is acceptable for development.
