Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan meningkatnya kebutuhan industri akan tenaga kerja terampil mendorong pentingnya pendidikan vokasi di bidang teknologi komputer. Kabupaten Mojokerto, sebagai bagian dari kawasan strategis GERBANGKERTOSUSILA, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan SDM, namun masih kekurangan institusi pendidikan vokasi teknologi. Perancangan Politeknik Teknika Komputer ini bertujuan menyediakan fasilitas pendidikan yang mencetak lulusan siap kerja, dengan pendekatan arsitektur neo-vernakular yang menggabungkan nilai lokal dan kebutuhan modern. Rancangan berfokus pada pembelajaran praktis, pengembangan soft skills, serta kemitraan industri. Proyek ini dirancang berdasarkan analisis tapak Mojosari dan konteks sosial budaya setempat, mencakup ruang pembelajaran, penelitian, kemahasiswaan, dan fasilitas pendukung. Diharapkan menjadi solusi strategis dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM dan penerapan arsitektur lokal dalam pendidikan teknologi.
