Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attraction, service quality, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on revisit intention to Sendang Tourism Village in Tulungagung, with tourist satisfaction as a mediating variable and digital promotion as a moderating variable. The background of this research stems from the fluctuating number of tourist visits to Sendang, despite its significant tourism potential. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors who had previously visited Sendang. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that tourist attraction, service quality, and e-WOM significantly influence revisit intention. Tourist satisfaction mediates the effect of all three variables on revisit intention. However, digital promotion does not moderate the relationship between these variables and revisit intention. These findings indicate that strategies focused on increasing tourist satisfaction and applying effective digital promotion can strengthen tourists' intention to revisit. This research provides theoretical contributions to tourism marketing and practical recommendations for tourism village managers.
