Abstract

Perancangan fasilitas agroindustri komoditas kelapa di Kota Banjar bertujuan untuk mendukung visi "Banjar Menuju Kota Agropolitan" dengan pendekatan arsitektur neo-vernakular yang mengangkat nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Fasilitas ini dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan potensi kelapa sebagai komoditas unggulan lokal melalui pengolahan terpadu yang melibatkan petani, pengrajin, dan komunitas terkait. Pendekatan neo-vernakular diterapkan untuk memadukan elemen kearifan lokal dengan teknologi modern, sehingga menciptakan fasilitas yang fungsional, relevan secara sosial, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya fasilitas ini, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan produktivitas, nilai tambah ekonomi, serta kesejahteraan masyarakat. Selain itu, fasilitas ini juga mendukung Kota Banjar dalam memperkuat posisinya sebagai pusat agropolitan berbasis pertanian, agroindustri, dan distribusi produk kelapa.
