Abstract

Kabupaten Gresik memiliki potensi besar dalam bidang olahraga akuatik, khususnya cabang renang, namun masih kekurangan fasilitas yang representatif dan berstandar nasional. Berdasarkan data RPJMD Kabupaten Gresik 2021–2026, jumlah atlet renang yang terus meningkat. Oleh karena itu, Tugas Akhir ini merancang sebuah gelanggang olahraga akuatik tipe A yang memenuhi standar nasional hingga internasional, sekaligus mampu mewadahi kebutuhan latihan, pertandingan atlet renang maupun masyarakat. Pendekatan arsitektur metafora digunakan sebagai dasar konseptual, dengan mengadopsi elemen-elemen air sebagai inspirasi bentuk dan ruang, menciptakan suasana yang ritmis dan ekspresif. Perancangan dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan ruang, studi tapak, studi banding, serta transformasi konsep menuju bentuk desain. Hasil rancangan meliputi kompleks kolam utama, kolam loncat indah, kolam pemanasan, dan kolam polo air, disertai fasilitas pendukung seperti tribun penonton, ruang pelatih, area parkir mobil, motor dan bus. Diharapkan, rancangan ini mampu meningkatkan prestasi atlet, memperkuat identitas daerah, dan menjadi daya tarik baru di Kabupaten Gresik dalam mendukung pengembangan olahraga dan pariwisata berkelanjutan.
