Abstract

The Effectiveness of the Utilization of Village Funds in Supporting the Development of Waginopo Village, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province for the 2016-2020 period. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effectiveness of the use of Village Funds in the field of infrastructure development and community empowerment in Waginopo Village in Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province for the 2016-2020 period. The method used is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive research approach. The data collection method used is through interviews with information that is considered to have the potential to provide information about the use of Village Funds in supporting development in Waginopo Village, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, as well as through observations and documents. The results of this study indicate that the use of Village Funds in supporting development in Waginopo Village, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province has been effective. This can be seen through development programs that have been implemented in accordance with the development plans set out in the village development plan deliberation, such as the construction of water reservoirs, farm roads, early childhood fences, drainage, cultural secretarial development, construction of rebate roads, construction of business roads. Solosa Farmers, procurement of internet networks, procurement of lighting for residents' neighborhoods, paving blocks, construction of residential roads, improvement of solosa farm roads, construction of village halls/multi-purpose halls, village boundaries, construction of residential roads, improvement of farm roads of Lakondo, improvement of village hall / multi-purpose hall, construction of lighting for village residents. However, community involvement in the utilization of the Village Fund is still lacking. Only some are involved in the implementation of activities.
