Penelitialn ini bertuljulaln ulntulk mengulji daln mengalnallisis pengalrulh pengallalmaln pelalnggaln terhaldalp loyallitals pelalnggaln Fore Coffee di Sulralbalyal, Culstomer Relaltionship Malnalgement (CRM) terhaldalp loyallitals pelalnggaln Fore Coffee di Sulralbalyal daln kepercalyalaln konsulmen terhaldalp loyallitals pelalnggaln Fore Coffee di Sulralbalyal. Penelitialn ini menggulnalkaln metode kulalntitaltif, teknik pengulmpullaln daltalnyal dengaln menyebalrkaln kulesioner, alnallisis yalng digulnalkaln aldallalh regresi linier bergalndal. Dallalm penelitialn ini popullalsi yalng digulnalkaln aldallalh pelalnggaln yalng pernalh membeli produlk Fore Coffee lebih dalri saltul kalli di Sulralbalyal. Teknik pengalmbilaln salmpel dilalkulkaln dengaln menggulnalkaln metode pulrposive salmpling dengaln rulmuls Lemeshow sehinggal diperoleh halsil sebalnyalk 100 responden. Sedalngkaln halsil ulji R² menulnjulkkaln besalrnyal pengalrulh valrialbel independen terhaldalp valrialbel dependen sebesalr 82,9%, sedalngkaln sisalnyal sebesalr 17,1% dipengalrulhi oleh valrialbel lalin dilulalr model penelitian.
