Abstract

Remaja sering kali meniru perilaku yang mereka amati di dalam keluarga. Ketika remaja mengalami emosi yang menyebabkan remaja marah, remaja menjadi agresif. Jika orang tua atau anggota keluarga lainnya sering terlibat dalam konflik atau menggunakan kekerasan untuk menyelesaikan masalah, remaja cenderung menganggap agresivitas sebagai cara yang normal untuk mengatasi masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keharmonisan keluarga dan kematangan emosi dengan kecenderungan agresivitas remaja di Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Responden penelitian ini adalah remaja di Surabaya sebanyak 230 orang yang berusia 15 - 18 tahun. Hasil data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda menggunkan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 26 for Mac. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) yang menjelaskan agresivitas remaja secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh keharmonisan keluarga dan kematangan emosi. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,454 dengan sumbangsih 45,4%. Artinya keharmonisan keluarga dan kematangan emosi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh 45,4% terhadap agresivitas. Adapun 54,6% sisanya dapat disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Agresivitas, Keharmonisan Keluarga, Kematangan Emosi, Remaja
