Abstract

Transportasi massal merupakan salah satu alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk mengurangi tingkat kepadatan kendaraan di dua kota tersebut. Bentuk pelayanan publik yang sangat dibutukan oleh masyarakat diantaranya adalah pelayanan publik di bidang jasa, seperti transportasi publik. Bus Trans Jatim Koridor II belakangan ini masyarakat mulai komplain terkait dengan pelayanan Bus Trans Jatim, beberapa masyarakat komplain karena penempatan halte yang hanya ada di beberapa titik kota, waktu operasional, kurangnya kenyamanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) yaitu teknik yang mudah digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi atribut – atribut produk atau layanan yang paling penting dalam pengembangan yang memungkinkan tanpa mengorbankan kualitas secara keseluruhan dan signifikan. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah yang pertama kualitas pelayanan pada variabel (X.4), (X.5), (X.10) , (X.13) , (X.14) , (X.17) , (X.18) , (X.19) , (X.20) pada setiap variabel kualitas layanan ini menunjukkan nilai rata – rata negatif. Pada Analisis Kepuasan Penumpang didapatkan hasil pada setiap dimensi sebagai berikut : Bukti Fisik (Tangible) masih terdapat 2 indikator yang memiliki angka negatif. Kehandalan (Reliability) masih terdapat 3 (tiga) indikator yang memiliki nilai negatif. Ketanggapan (Responsiveness) masih terdapat 4 (empat) indikator yang kurang memuaskan penumpang. Empati (Emphaty) menunjukkan 7 (tujuh) indikator memiliki nilai positif yang artinya penumpang terpuaskan dengan pelayanan bus trans jatim. Jaminan (Assurance) memiliki paling banyak indikator dan memiliki nilai paling positif diantara indikator sebelumnya. Analisis prioritas pengamanan ini berisi pertanyaan mulai pada variabel (X.30) sampai dengan (X.40) dengan semuanya memiliki nilai positif yang artinya dalam pengaman dalam bus trans jatim baik didalam bus maupun di halte semua penumpang terjaga baik.
