Abstract

Penilaian kepuasan konsumen terhadap suatu produk yang diinginkan terutama dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kualitas produk tersebut. Dalam dunia kegiatan produksi, meskipun perusahaan telah berupaya keras, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa produk tertentu dapat mengalami kerusakan atau menyimpang dari standar yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kecacatan dalam produksi metalizing film menggunakan metode QCC dan Poka Yoke dan mengukur tingkat efisiensi dari hasil analisa produksi metalizing film menggunakan metode QCC dan poka Poka Yoke. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Quality Control Cycle dengan pendekatan poka yoke, pada skripsi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis cacat dan penyebab dalam proses produksi metalizing film menggunakan metode QCC dan Poka Yoke, mengukur tingkat efisiensi dari hasil analisa produksi metalizing film menggunakan metode QCC dan Poka Yoke. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain, Jenis kecacatan yang jumlah cacat terbanyak adalah jenis cacat corugation 28566,57 dengan persentase 28%, insect 19076,44 dengan presentase 19%, kemudian kedua pinwindows 19829,01 dengan presentase 19% dan yang ke tiga particle yaitu dengan presentase 19%. Dengan begitu cacat jenis corugation merupakan cacat yang paling sering terjadi pada proses slitting rewind/recycle. Adapun Penyebab dari terjadinya cacat produk yaitu manusia (kurang teliti,kurang kompeten), mesin (kondisi tidak normal, umur mesin tua) material (kadaluwarsa, dan tidak sesuai spek), Hasil analisis dengan pendekatan poka yoke juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam produktivitas, pengurangan biaya, serta peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan.
