Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between digital literacy and consumer online shopping behavior in generation Z. This research uses a quantitative type of research using correlational methods. The sampling technique in this study used the Quota Sampling technique with a sample of 115 generation Z. Analysis of product moment results shows that there is no relationship between digital literacy and consumptive behavior, so the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that a person's level of digital literacy does not influence how consumptive their behavior is, in other words Other people who have high digital literacy do not necessarily have low consumptive behavior and vice versa, people with low digital literacy do not necessarily have high consumptive behavior.
