Abstract

Soponyono memproduksi hingga 100 kg kulit dimsum setiap hari dengan waktu kerja 8 jam per hari. Selama proses pencetakan, alat yang digunakan adalah pipa stainless, dan proses ini memerlukan waktu 1 jam untuk setiap produksi, yang dilakukan oleh 1 pekerja saja. Dalam sehari, dilakukan 4 kali pencetakan. Saat proses pencetakan, pekerja berada dalam posisi berdiri, membungkuk, dan mengangkat tangan untuk menekan pipa, yang dapat menyebabkan kelelahan selama bekerja. postur kerja para pekerja, di mana punggung berada pada sudut 85°. Postur ini, jika dipaksakan, dapat menyebabkan ketegangan otot, nyeri punggung, dan kelelahan yang cepat. Perhitungan sikap kerja menggunakan metode REBA sebelum dilakukan perancangan ulang pekerja satu dan dua mendapatkan nilai 8 dengan level resiko tinggi, pekerja tiga mendapatkan nilai 9 dengan level resiko tinggi dan perlu adanya Tindakan perbaikan. Setelah dilakukan perancangan nilai sikap kerja pekerja karyawan menurun yaitu pekerja satu nilai 3, pekerja dua nilai 2, dan pekerja tiga nilai 5 dimana nilai tersebut masuk ke dalam level resiko rendah. Harga pokok produksi sesudah adanya perancangan alat pencetak kulit dimsum terjadi penurunan. Sebelumnya ada perancangan alat harga pokok produksi per 1kg kulit dimsum sebanyak Rp 16.400, setelah adanya perancanga alat kulit dimsum harga pokok produksi dalam 1kg kulit dimsum sebanyak Rp 14.960.
