The abuse of power that is clearly visible in order to win the election which actually damages the democratic order. Including the spotlight on the great power behind the candidate pair Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming who are said to have committed the most fraud. The research approach used by this study, the Documentary Film "Dirty Vote" is qualitative and the presentation is descriptive. The type of research used in this study is analysis, framing the Gamson and Modigliani models. Framing Analysis of Election Fraud in the Documentary Film *Dirty Vote* The documentary film *Dirty Vote* discusses fraud in elections, especially the phenomenon of dirty votes, with the aim of revealing and analyzing how it occurs and its impact on democracy. Through framing analysis, we can identify how the film shapes the audience's perception of the causes of fraud, moral judgments about dirty votes, proposed solutions, and how this phenomenon is perceived as organized fraud or a systemic problem. The documentary "Dirty Vote" depicts fraud that occurred to a very large extent in the 2024 general election in Indonesia. Through 3 experts in state law, this film shows various ways to manipulate what is suspected to have occurred. This fraud is presented in stages through unethical actions by public officials, government funds used to favor a particular candidate pair, organizing institutions such as the KPU and BAWASLU which are less competent in carrying out their duties as organizers, and the involvement of the Constitutional Court as a cover or "master plan" in the 2024 election fraud plan.
