Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan suku cadang mesin masker di PT. XYZ guna meningkatkan produktivitas operasional. Fokus utama dari studi ini adalah menganalisis tingkat kebutuhan suku cadang yang optimal untuk mengurangi waktu henti mesin akibat kerusakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup wawancara, observasi langsung, dan analisis data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, konsep persediaan pengaman (safety stock), review time, dan metode perhitungan tinjauan berkala diterapkan untuk menentukan strategi pengelolaan persediaan yang efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan implementasi manajemen persediaan yang tepat, downtime mesin dapat dikurangi secara signifikan, sehingga mendukung peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi PT. XYZ untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional melalui manajemen persediaan suku cadang yang lebih terstruktur.
