Abstract
Abstract This research purposed are to knowing and analyze the effect of standard operating procedures, payroll systems simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The respondent being analyzed are 30 employee at Top Ten Group Surabaya. taken using questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS program. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate the simultaneous and partial influence of standard operating procedures and payroll systems on the performance of Top Ten Group Surabaya employees.
