Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Gresik yang berfokus pada pelayanan publik di harap mampu memberikan pelayanan secara transparan dan bertanggung jawab kepada masyarakat. Dengan menerapkan pola organisasi yang baik, benar dan terarah, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Gresik dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai data melalui lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Gresik memiliki 2 bentuk komunikasi, yaitu komunikasi langsung dan tidak langsung dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi rantai. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Gresik mengimplementasikan komunikasi keatas dan komunikasi kebawah sebagai bagian dari sistem manajemen komunikasi yang terstruktur. Penerapan pola komunikasi ini terus dilakukan dan digunakan tidak hanya sebagai bentuk dari komunikasi, tetapi juga berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja.
