Abstract

This research was conducted at Ratu Aji Putri Botung Regional General Hospital in Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan, which aims to be a modern and high-quality hospital, serving as the primary choice for the local community. The objective of this study is to develop an online patient registration system through a mobile application to enhance functionality, registration convenience, and patient data efficiency within the hospital. The methodology employed is descriptive with user testing. Qualitative data was collected through questionnaires using UMUX-Lite testing to identify user difficulties. Black Box testing was utilized to observe direct interactions between users and the application, gathering feedback on usability, speed, and user satisfaction. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of online patient registration issues and offer valuable insights for developing a more effective and user-friendly online registration application at government hospitals.
