Abstract

Field tennis is one of the popular racket sports currently gaining traction in Indonesia. This growing trend has also been beneficial for several field tennis coaches in the country. However, some coaches still face difficulties in managing the registration of prospective students. To address this issue, an application is needed to enhance customer service using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methodology. The application will be developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system development methodology employed is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The primary goal of this research is to provide a streamlined registration process for customers. Based on the results of analysis of various tests that have been carried out from the existence of functional testing with blackbox, the usability of some respondents got good results and there were no bugs or errors contained in the facility booking system, so in the design of this court tennis registration can be declared feasible, but it is still necessary to redevelop so that it can produce successful results and can be accessed by users and related parties, the score results in this study are calculated with 99 results which can be categorized with the best results.
