Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan melalui pertumbuhan aset, leverage keuangan, pertumbuhan ekuitas, dan fleksibilitas keuangan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui risiko keuangan dan pengungkapan CSR, dan dimoderasi oleh GCG yang diukur oleh kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen. komisaris, dan komite audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori atau asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2017-2021. Metode pemilihan sampel dengan purposive sampling diperoleh 19 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur karena datanya merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website idx. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pertumbuhan aset, pertumbuhan ekuitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risiko keuangan sedangkan leverage keuangan dan fleksibilitas keuangan berpengaruh tidak signifikan; (2) pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR, sedangkan leverage keuangan, pertumbuhan ekuitas, dan fleksibilitas keuangan berpengaruh tidak signifikan; (3) Pertumbuhan aset, pertumbuhan ekuitas, leverage keuangan, fleksibilitas keuangan, risiko keuangan, dan CSRD berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,; (4) Variabel risiko keuangan dan pengungkapan CSR terbukti 1 sebagai variabel mediasi pertumbuhan aset melalui CSRD; (5) Variabel GCG tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderasi.
