Abstract

TalentVibes is a company that focuses on recruiting across various industries. To improve its services, TalentVibes designed and built a mobile-based recruitment information system using React Native. This system simplifies the recruitment process and allows easier access for applicants. This application uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assess and select candidates who comply with predetermined criteria. The SAW method allows multi-criteria comparisons by assigning weights to each criterion, then adding up the total scores to select the best candidate. With React Native, this application can run on Android and iOS platforms. The Waterfall development method is used to ensure a linear and structured development system according to user needs. Through this information system, it is hoped that the recruitment process will become more efficient, transparent and easily accessible via mobile devices, providing a better experience for applicants and management.
