Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha dengan studi kasus pada usah Gorengan di Kelurahan Nginden Kecamatan Sukolilo Kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpalan data gabungan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan analisis data menggunakan fakta lapangan. Informan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pemilik usaha gorengan di Kelurahan Nginden Kecamatan Sukolilo Kota Surabaya sebanyak enam Informan. Dengan Teknik pengolahan yang dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis B/C (Benefit Cost Ratio), R/C (Revenue Cost Ratio), ROI (Return On Invesment). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan bahwa berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dengan hasil analisis B/C, R/C, dan ROI pada enam informan usaha gorengan di Kelurahan Nginden Kecamatan Sukolilo Kota Surabaya memiliki kelayakan usaha untuk dilanjutkan.
