Abstract

PT. Sogeh Bareng Berguna means a company that is growing rapidly, and to maintain its growth, they need to recruit quality employees. The employee selection process is an important step in ensuring that the company gets a workforce that fits the company's needs and culture. As the business grows, PT. Sogeh Bareng Berguna may receive many job applications. Each application must be reviewed and assessed manually, which is very time consuming and can lead to inefficient decision making. Assessing prospective employees isn't just based on education or experience, it's also looking at how they interact with others, how they fit into the company culture, and other factors. This makes the selection process more complex and requires systematization. In this project, the employee recruitment recommendation system utilizes the Decision Support System (DSS) method based on MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) in selecting eligibility for employee recruitment recommendations, which means an approach that can help process and assess data through levels of uncertainty or ambiguity, to handle uncertainty. data via SPK MAUT to calculate suitability scores, you can build an employee selection system that is more contextual and effective in making recruitment decisions.
