Abstract

Smart Mobility adalah sebuah sistem yang mengintegrasikan antara kebutuhan masyarakat dan dunia digital, yang digunakan meningkatkan sistem mobilitas yang modern dan berkelanjutan, tujuanya untuk mengurangi penggunaan energi berlebih dan emisi karbon. Terdapat beberapa variable penting dalam konsep smart mobility ini yaitu Aksesbilitas, Teknologi dan juga Integrasi. Konsep smart mobility pada dasar nya memiliki tujuan untuk menjawab kebutuhan dan permasalahan di tengah masyarakat saat ini, khususnya dalam sistem transportasi umum seperti kemacetan, polusi, konektivitas, dan juga keamanan. Dalam sebuah laporan berjudul “Asian Development Outlook Tahun 2020”, mengungkap kota paling macer yang ada di 48 negara anggotanya, dan Kota Surabaya terdapat pada urutan ke-20 dalam kota yang berpenduduk di atas 2 juta berdasarkan hasil sensus tahun 2020 oleh Badan Pusat Stastistik (BPS) Dalam laporan tersebut kota surabaya mendapatkan skor kemacetan sebesar 16 persen. Rata-rata lama waktu pengendara di dalam kemacetan mencapai 37 jam dalam setahun, Dengan kondisi Kota Surabaya yang padat akan penduduk, Transportasi umum sangat di butuhkan untuk mengurangi permasalahan kemacetan dan juga keamanan seperti kecelakaan dan pencurian, penerapan smart mobility dalam suatu kota sangat baik bagi perkembangan suatu wilayah dan juga akan meningkatkan kemajuan wilayah. Smart mobility merupakan sistem yang terintergrasi dalam berbagai bentuk layanan dan transportasi umum, dengan di tunjang oleh infrastruktur yang baik, penerapan nya juga merupakan manifestasi dari konsep smart city yang dalam masa yang akan datang dapat mewujudkan masyarakat mandani dalam wilayah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk proses pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah dengan perancangan RAD (Rapid Application Development), yaitu merupakan suatu pengembangan sistem yang berorientasi objek yang digunakan dalam suatu pengembangan perangkat lunak, Metode ini untuk merangcang membangun dan memelihara informasi dan proses system.
