Abstract
Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang sangat menguntungkan dan memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi salah satu aset pendapatan negara dan daerah. Kabupaten Mojokerto terkenal memiliki banyak potensi pariwisata alam salah satunya wisata bukit kayoe putih di desa kupang kabupaten mojokerto. Obyek wisata bukit kayoe putih di Desa Kupang Kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki beberapa macam wahana, seperti kolam renang, cafe dan spot foto yang sangat cocok digunakan sebagai tempat rekreasi serta tujuan destinasi wisatawan untuk keluarga. Wisata bukit kayoe putih memiliki lahan seluas 7 ha yang semuanya belum digunakan sebagai tempat wisata. Dibalik keindahan alamnya wisata ini mempunyai beberapa permasalahan yakni terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan wisata, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan, serta minimnya pengembangan sektor ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang kurang berminat untuk melakukan wisata di bukit kayoe putih di Desa Kupang. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori manajemen strategi menurut pearce dan robinson yaitu teori analisis SWOT. Teori SWOT ini digunakan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di bukit kayoe putih menggunakan strenght (kekuatan), weaknes (kelemahan), opportunities (peluang) dan threat (ancaman). Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teori tersebut di dapatkan bahwasannya strategi yang cocok di gunakan oleh wisata bukit kayoe putih yaitu menggunakan strategi agresif karena setelah dilakuka perhitungan menggunakan titik koordinat analisisi internal mendapatkan nilai 0,74 dan pada koordinat analisis eksternal 0,56. Hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwasannya wisata bukit kayoe putih sudah menerapkan strategi-strategi yang ada dengan baik sehingga adanya peningkatan pada kunjungan wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ke wisata bukit kayoe putih yang berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi, pemahaman tentang pentingnya pariwiwsata ke masyarakat dan peningkatan daerah pariwisata.
