Abstract

This research evaluates the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sumberrejo Village, Pasuruan Regency, which aims to reduce poverty and improve the welfare of beneficiary families. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, with a research focus based on William Dunn's theory which assesses the effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy of the program. The research results show that PKH has succeeded in reducing the number of Beneficiary Families (KPM) from 720 in 2022 to 503 in 2024, showing a positive impact in alleviating poverty. However, there are challenges such as delays in distributing aid and difficulties in verifying data. To increase program effectiveness, improvements in management, inter-agency coordination and regular data updating are needed. Overall, PKH in Sumberrejo Village has contributed significantly to improving the welfare of poor families, although it still requires several improvements to achieve more equitable and efficient distribution.
