Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the Banda District Office, Central Maluku. This research uses a quantitative method with a site survey approach, relying on primary data obtained through questionnaires and field observations, while secondary data comes from office documents, journals and existing literature. The results of the research show that the quality of service provided by the Banda sub-district office has a significant influence on Banda Community Satisfaction. The services provided by the Banda District Office have been carried out optimally. The results of the study state that the quality of officer service has a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction at the Banda District Office. By improving employee performance in providing services, it can significantly increase the level of public satisfaction at the Banda District Office. It is hoped that this research can provide theoretical contributions in the field of public administration and provide practical input for the management of Public Services.
