Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the promotional content of the Tiktok @Bidadaribekasih account as a culinary promotion medium. The method used in this research uses descriptive quantitative methodology. This type of research uses content analysis methods toget answers with data that will be taken based on samples from the population. The population inthis research is the number of videos on the Tiktok account @bidadaribekasih, totaling 83 videosin 2024. The data collection technique in this research is content analysis technique. The data analysis technique used is coding sheet as a unit of analysis which is in accordance with content analysis accompanied by a list. The results of the research show that for each existing indicator, there are percentages with larger and smaller results, namely 13% and 0%. This percentage showsthat there are online marketing videos and social media marketing videos which cover all 11 video content which get 13% results, then there are soft selling videos which get 2% results, hard sellingvideos 11%, contest and lottery videos, videos 1% coupon, and finally the packaged price agreement video, discount video, retail selling video, field selling video, executive selling video, and video placing promotional advertisements online get 0% results. Based on the results of the video content analysis it can be concluded that each indicator can get different percentage, where the results are based on calculations using an indicator coding sheet that includes or does not include the concept of marketing communications, which can be a new emphasis for the Tiktok account @bidadaribekasih.
