Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Policy as an Effort to Fulfill Children's Rights in Mojokerto Regency. This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Policy in the Mojokerto Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The research method used was qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with residents and the Mojokerto Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Policy at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Mojokerto Regency is quite good but not yet optimal. Mojokerto Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Provides new innovations to provide maximum services such as processing Child Identity Cards (KIA) no longer need to go to the Population and Civil Registration Service, you can go online or to sub�districts/villages and for Child Identity Cards they will be sent via post office 3-7 days to arrive. In conclusion, the implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Policy is good but not optimal.
