Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross of Jombang Regency is one of the branches of the Indonesian Red Cross operating in the Jombang Regency area. As an organization engaged in social and humanitarian fields, PMI is committed to developing digitalization through the implementation of web-based information systems, including the payroll process. Currently, PMI still uses Microsoft Excel for payroll calculations, which has not yielded optimal results due to its ineffectiveness and inefficiency. In light of this, the author proposes a solution for PMI Jombang by creating a web-based point work information system using a framework that can be implemented by PMI Jombang. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based performance point system capable of calculating employee points to be used as a basis for payroll. Additionally, this research aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy in managing employee performance point data at PMI Jombang. This research method uses the Laravel framework and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research stages include data and information collection, system design, development of the point work system, testing using black-box testing, and reporting the research results. It is expected that this task will make a significant contribution to the development of a more integrated and effective web-based point work information system digitalization. The use of the point work system is beneficial for increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing employee performance point data.
