Abstract

This thesis entitled "Reforming Surabaya Single Windows (SSW) Alfa Services Using the Dynamic Governance Approach in Menur Pumpungan Village, Surabaya City" was written by Florentina Virginia Bebhe Gaba, NIM: 1112000092, Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, who is supervised by: 1. Drs. M. Kendry Widiyanto, MSi, 2. Anggraeny Puspaningtyas, S.AP, M.AP. This research discusses public service reform in Menur Pumpungan Urban Village Menur Pumpungan, Surabaya City, through the implementation of the Surabaya Single Window (SSW) Alfa. This research aims to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of SSW Alfa in simplifying the licensing process and increasing awareness of information and communication technology among the public.information and communication technology awareness among community.The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in�depth interviews with residents and village officials. The results showed that SSW Alfa has provided significant convenience for residents in processing licenses without having to go to the village office.for residents in managing licenses without having to go to the village office directly.the urban village office directly. Residents feel helped by the existence of this digital service, although some of them have to adjust to the new system. to the new system. In addition, regular evaluation and monitoring are conducted to to ensure service effectiveness and community satisfaction. Improving quality of human resources in urban villages through training and the utilization of technology also contributed to the success of this reform. Conclusion, the implementation of SSW Alfa in Menur Pumpungan urban village has successfully improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, as well as encouraging the community to be more technologically literate.
