Abstract

This research aims to explore the integrated marketing communication activities carried out by the Public Relations of Watungkal Edupark Sendangagung to increase tourist visits. The study uses a descriptive exploratory approach. Data collection techniques involve in-depth interviews with the Public Relations team of Watungkal Edupark Sendangagung. The results show that the marketing communication activities conducted by the Public Relations team include integrating the promotion mix, which consists of: Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing, Sponsorship, Point of Purchase, Public Relations, Word of Mouth,and Events. There are both hindering and supporting factors in the marketing activities of the Public Relations team at Watungkal Edupark Sendangagung. The hindering factors include human resource management, budget management, lack of utilization of social media, and the absence of a dedicated marketing kiosk office. The supporting factors include integrity among agencies, creative human resources, and support from tourism stakeholders.
