Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) Program at Puskesmas Simomulyo, Surabaya, in reducing stunting and maternal mortality rates, in accordance with Perwali No. 79 of 2022 on Accelerating Stunting Reduction. The research methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the program is effective in improving maternal and child health. Regular monitoring by health workers and cadres, along with holistic nutritional interventions, has significantly contributedto reducing stunting cases and high-risk pregnancies. Despite challenges in the number of health workers, training in technology use and financial support fromthe government have facilitated program implementation. Community participationand acceptance of the program are also positive, with many participants experiencing significant benefits from the provided assistance and education.
